Mandy has been with us since day one, helping keep the office running smoothly and making sure every detail is taken care of behind the scenes. Over the years, she’s become the face of our marketing by hosting events, connecting with the community, and managing our social media pages.
She’s a proud mom of three and has called Montgomery home for over 25 years. Mandy truly loves serving our community and our patients, always keeping our “people first” core value at the heart of everything she does.
Madison
Optical Manager
Madison has been a bright light in our office, building unforgettable connections with our patients and making everyone feel taken care of. She works closely with our labs to ensure every pair of glasses is made correctly and in a timely manner.
She also keeps our frame boards stocked with the best available options, always staying on top of trends and what our patients love. Originally from Wyoming, Madison now calls Texas home where she enjoys dancing, drinking coffee, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
Her positive attitude and dedication reflect one of our core values: always having a growth mindset.
Nikki
Lead Technician
Nikki is our lead technician and brings over 17 years of experience in the optometry field. She works closely with our patients, guiding them through their exam from start to finish and helping them feel comfortable every step of the way. From assisting with contact lenses to helping patients find the perfect frames, Nikki truly does it all.
She is highly knowledgeable in areas like myopia management and dry eye, making her an incredible resource for both our team and our patients. With her wealth of knowledge, she is always teaching and guiding our staff on new ways to improve the patient experience.
Nikki is a proud mom of four and has lived in the area most of her life. Outside the office, she loves supporting her kids in their sports and spending time with family, especially at baseball games.
Silvia
Technician
Silvia brings several years of experience to our team and has been such a great addition to our office. She works closely with her patients from start to finish, making sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and well taken care of every step of the way.
She is bilingual and has been especially wonderful with our Spanish-speaking patients, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone she serves. Silvia truly cares about each and every patient she works with.
Outside of the office, she enjoys life with her husband and their cats, loves to cook, and definitely has a sweet spot for chocolate.
Stormy
Technician
Stormy is a lifelong Montgomery resident who brings both experience and heart to our team. She works closely with patients throughout their exam and helps them choose glasses that not only help them see clearly but also fit their lifestyle.
She has a wealth of knowledge and is like having an encyclopedia in the office always ready with answers and guidance for both patients and our team.
Stormy lives here with her husband, stepdaughter, and their dogs. She brings a calm, steady presence to the office and truly enjoys helping patients find what works best for them.
Michelle
Front Desk
Michelle is one of the newest faces you’ll see when you walk through our doors, and she’s already made a wonderful impression. With a background in customer service, she’s the smiling face that greets you at check-in and helps you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
She has a natural way of connecting with patients, making them smile when they walk in and ensuring they leave feeling just as cared for. Her warm, friendly energy truly sets the tone for your visit.
Michelle recently moved to Montgomery with her husband and pups.. She’s a musician at heart and enjoys exploring local coffee shops and Sunday drives with her husband.
Maggie
Optical Assistant
Maggie was born and raised in Montgomery and is very close with her family, including her parents and two siblings. She brings that same sense of warmth and connection into the office every day.
She helps behind the scenes in optical by making sure every pair of glasses goes through quality control, is cleaned, adjusted, and ready for pickup so everything is just right for our patients.
Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys reading, antiquing, traveling to national parks, cooking, and watching classic films. Her positive energy and attention to detail make her a wonderful part of our team.
