Our staff has taken steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Welcome to the team, Dr. Grady Rup, OD
Dr. Grady Rup is a therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist proudly serving the Montgomery community. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin before graduating Magna Cum Laude from The University of Houston College of Optometry.
During his studies, he rotated through multiple specialty clinics such as the dry eye institute, ambulatory surgical center, and glaucoma clinic. These rotations provided Dr. Rup with extensive hands-on training and experience with state-of-the-art treatment options. Following graduation, Dr. Rup went on to practice the full scope of optometryin Conroe for two years.
Dr. Rup has developed a passion for engaging patients in their ocular health and providing solutions to visual needs. He practices the full scope of optometry but has special interest in dry eye and myopia management.
In his free time, Dr. Rup enjoys attending Texas football games, cooking, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
