Our staff has taken steps to prepare you for the first appointment by providing a full spectrum of the services we offer and the option to complete our new patient form prior to your visit. Welcome to the team, Dr. Mark R. Quiñones!
Dr. Quiñones is a therapeutic optometrist with 10 years of experience. He grew up in Puerto Rico and attended the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico where he received a Bachelor in Biology and graduated with honors. He obtained his Doctor of Optometry from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry in 2012.
After getting married, Dr. Quiñones and his wife decided to move to Houston, TX. Since graduating, Dr. Quiñones has made it his top priority to provide his patients with thorough and informative visual and ocular examinations.
He is a primary care optometrist, his abilities include fittings for spectacles and contact lenses. In addition, Dr.Quiñones can diagnose/manage a wide range of ocular conditions including dry eye disease, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
Outside of patient care, Dr. Quiñones enjoys spending his time with his 2 baby girls and loving wife. Family and patient care are of the utmost importance in his life and he will continue to strive to excel as both a doctor and father.
Dr. Quiñones is fluent in both Spanish and English.
